List of Supplies needed:

2 old t-shirts that you don't mind giving
up

2 to 4 large rolls of duct tape, be sure and
get the cheap stuff, it bends better sround curves. It's fun to cover your
last layer with a colored tape, but not essential.

Permanent marking pen
-
scissors, curved bandage type, but not mandatory.

long wooden ruler, at least 36"
-
a piece of 2" PVC the height of the person
you are body doubling.

foam padded poster board or stiff cardboard
for bottom of body double
-
a pair of foam raglan shoulder pads, or a
pair of foam bra inserts (like you use for bathing suits)
-
6 to 8, 20 oz bags of poly fill, more or less,
you may decide to use old plastic grocery bags.

a piece of 4" PVC approx 3-3.5' long
for stand
-
2" cap for top of PVC pole
-
4 way PVC for center to hold shoulders, neck
piece and center pole.

4 1/4"x3/4" pan head wood screws
-
(1) toilet bowl flange made from PVC (I know
what you are thinking, but it works great!)
-
a piece of board, I used a 12"x12" scrape
from the lumber yard
-
a friend or two to wrap you
Preparing your shirt
-
cut off one sleeve and the bottom
portion of one of the t-shirts, discard the rest.
-
sew the bottom of the whole
t-shirt to the cut portion of the other t-shirt (see fig 2)

sew the cut off sleeve to the
neck of your whole t-shirt, you need this for protection of your neck when
you wrap (see fig 2)
